SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during bank holidays, sale periods and peak seasons.

We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase and dispatched the following working day. Please note that we do not dispatch orders at weekends.

Once an order has been placed for more than 24 hours, we are unable to cancel it. If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any further changes.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1–2 working days for processing. After that, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, depending on your location within the UK.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

SKIN+ cannot accept liability for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact your delivery carrier directly using the tracking details provided.
